Additional benefits include paid time off and holiday pay, tuition and certification assistance, medical and prescription drug coverage with Health Savings Account contributions, dental and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a 100% match up to 5%. Other perks include back-up child and elder care, company-provided uniforms and tools, and a 50% discount on Valvoline automotive services.

This role is ideal for individuals with some supervisory experience and a passion for building strong, customer-focused teams. The ASCM plays a critical role in supporting the Service Center Manager with inventory management, labor oversight, and financial performance while maintaining compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety regulations. Valvoline values a work environment that is safe and supportive, with an emphasis on professional growth and fairness.
