The company is currently seeking experienced leaders to join their store management team as Assistant Managers. This position plays a critical role in the success of individual stores by overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that financial and guest service goals are met. The Assistant Manager position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $26.5 to $29.5, with compensation reflecting factors such as work location and experience. As an Assistant Manager at Panda Express, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities aimed at making your store a success. To prepare you for these responsibilities, Panda Express provides a paid Store Management Leadership Training program lasting three or more weeks. The role requires flexibility, as you will work in stores within a 50-mile radius and maintain a schedule that includes weekends. Food safety certification, specifically Serve Safe certification, is required to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The position demands physical endurance, with duties involving standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, working in fast-paced environments, and using kitchen equipment safely and accurately.
