The Assistant Manager position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $26.5 to $29.5, with compensation reflecting factors such as work location and experience. As an Assistant Manager at Panda Express, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities aimed at making your store a success. Food safety certification, specifically Serve Safe certification, is required to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The position demands physical endurance, with duties involving standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, working in fast-paced environments, and using kitchen equipment safely and accurately.
