Panda Express is currently seeking experienced leaders to join their store management team as Assistant Managers. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and successful operation of a single store. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the store’s financial performance and delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will be responsible for hiring, managing, and directing store associates while striving to meet and exceed operational and financial goals. The physical demands of the job include standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in hot kitchen areas. Effective communication skills and the ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations are essential qualities for success.
