Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of shift
- ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- ability to move freely throughout the restaurant
- ability to operate restaurant equipment and drive a motor vehicle
- ability to operate a computer keyboard
- must complete assistant manager training classes
- must be ServSafe certified
- valid driver's license and insurance
- use personal vehicle for bank deposits and travel

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
- associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum 1+ years experience as a shift leader or 1 year as an assistant manager in customer service environment for internal promote
- minimum 3 years experience as an assistant manager with P&L responsibility for external recruit
- must be 100% certified in all workstations
- must complete assistant manager training classes
- must be ServSafe certified
- ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to perform basic math operations
- proven analytical and organizational skills
- self-starter who takes initiative and responsibility
- working knowledge of personal computers and related software
- valid driver's license and insurance
- ability to operate a personal vehicle for business needs

Job Duties
- recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
