Over the past two decades, it has evolved into the largest franchise operator worldwide, primarily through organic growth, new store development, and acquiring other franchise operators. Flynn Group currently owns and operates over 460 Applebee's restaurants across 24 states in the US. This expansive growth and industry leadership stem from a strong foundation built on business excellence, commitment to quality, and dedication to their core values. Beyond Applebee's, Flynn Group has diversified its portfolio by branching into multiple well-known brands such as Arby's, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy's, and Planet Fitness. This diversification highlights the group's ability to successfully manage varied brands across different market segments and countries. Flynn Group's primary mission is to establish itself as the premier operator within each brand, achieved by fostering a culture centered on their core values: caring genuinely for people, playing like a champion, and winning as one team. You will be involved in maintaining sanitary conditions according to health department and company policies and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. This job also offers opportunities for personal growth and leadership development through the Flynn Applebee's Management Development Program. The position is ideal for individuals seeking a career in restaurant management who thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment and want to be part of a nationally recognized and expanding organization.
