The role of Applebee's Assistant Manager is integral in maintaining and enhancing the guest and staff experience on a daily basis. Compensation for this role ranges from $19 to $23.50 per hour, approximating an annual salary between $54,340 and $67,200 based on a 50-hour workweek. Additional financial incentives may include location-dependent monthly bonuses.
