Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior restaurant supervisory or management experience
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Knowledge of financial management and inventory control
- Proficient in cash handling and security procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train, orient, and develop employees
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work 9-10 hour shifts and perform additional duties as needed

- Ability to manage financial aspects like budgeting and inventory control
- Proficient with reporting systems and payroll submissions

- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager with communicating weekly and period financial variances from budgets
- Communicate financial goals to employees and provide direction to achieve those goals
- Execute proper security and cash handling and control procedures and hold cashiers accountable
- Assist the General Manager with performing daily, weekly, and end-of-period inventories
- Assist the General Manager with placing timely food, produce, paper, and supply orders
- Maintain labor, food, and supplies costs within budget
- Utilize and maintain all reporting and tracking systems for financial results
- Provide clear direction and leadership to team leaders and employees
- Serve as a role model by maintaining professionalism
- Promote an open door policy and be accessible to all employees
- Interview hourly employee candidates and make hiring recommendations
- Assist with new hire orientation and training
- Submit new hire paperwork, change forms, termination notifications, and payroll spreadsheets timely
- Counsel and document employee performance, attendance, or behavioral issues
- Assist with maintaining proper staffing levels
- Assist with performance appraisals, counseling, and terminations
- Ensure all restaurant cleanliness standards are met
- Complete QSC checklists during shifts
- Hold employees accountable to uniform and grooming standards
- Ensure adherence to recipe and food quality standards
- Monitor sanitation procedures and health inspection compliance
- Monitor speed of service standards
- Assist with quarterly full QSC audits
- Manage guest interactions and resolve guest issues professionally
- Assist with maintaining restaurant condition
- Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs
- Ensure adherence to safety and security measures
- Execute national and company marketing events
- Assist with local store marketing plans
- Promote suggestive selling and positive guest interaction
- Perform job responsibilities involving standing, walking, bending, lifting, and keyboard use
- Perform duties of any employee as needed
- Maintain acceptable driving record for errands and deposits
- Perform additional duties as assigned
