This includes ensuring consistency in cleanliness, atmosphere, service quality, guest interaction, timing adherence, and plate presentation. Monitoring restaurant illumination, music levels, and overall ambiance are part of maintaining the brand’s signature environment.

The role requires strong administrative skills to complete daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork as outlined in the Assistant Manager Development Program Phase 1. Cash handling accountability and proficiency with the POS system are essential aspects of the job, as is the ability to conduct training, line checks, and daily operational procedures for opening, mid-shift, and closing. Maintaining clear communication through daily logs about shift notes, maintenance, and employee performance is critical to smooth operations.

Moreover, WingHouse mandates that Assistant Managers are ServSafe certified and possess food handling management credentials, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
