Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
  • monitor staffing levels and recruit employees matching talent profiles
  • train, develop, and evaluate employee performance
  • assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
  • ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards
  • interact with guests to address questions, concerns, and complaints professionally
