Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
- monitor staffing levels and recruit employees matching talent profiles
- train, develop, and evaluate employee performance
- assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
- ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards
- interact with guests to address questions, concerns, and complaints professionally
