Additionally, Valvoline Instant Oil Change provides various benefits such as paid time off, holiday pay, tuition and certification assistance, and access to a free online university, making it an attractive employment choice for those looking to enter or advance in the automotive service sector.

As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will contribute significantly to the daily operations by assisting the Service Center Manager in inventory management, labor oversight, and financial performance. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean, safe, and organized service environment compliant with environmental, health, and safety policies. The ASCM also needs to foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement by mentoring teammates and ensuring all team members have the tools and support needed to excel. This leadership opportunity allows promising candidates to make a tangible impact on customer satisfaction and operational success while advancing their careers within a highly supportive company. Valvoline Instant Oil Change is committed to equal employment opportunities and values diverse perspectives, encouraging veterans, people of color, women, LGBTQIA+, and persons with disabilities to apply and grow professionally within the organization.
