Assistant Manager

The position is for a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee of Jack in the Box, not directly employed by Jack in the Box Inc. This means that the independent franchisee will be the employer responsible for all employment-related decisions such as hiring, firing, wages, staffing, and scheduling. The restaurant operates as a quick-service dining establishment known for offering a variety of menu items while emphasizing quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. As a key part of the franchise network, the restaurant aims to maintain high operational standards under the guidance of its management team.

This role is responsible for managing restaurant operations either in partnership with or in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. The position requires a dedicated leader who can effectively implement the Service Profit Chain (SPC) and uphold the brand promise ensuring excellent internal team service, top-notch guest experience, and sustained sales growth.
