Working at Panda Express also comes with extensive benefits. Associates enjoy free meals during shifts, a generous compensation package with bonus opportunities, and comprehensive insurance coverage including medical, vision, dental, short-term disability, and cancer protection plans for full-time employees. Additional financial benefits include a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching and access to a pre-tax dependent care flexible spending account. Paid time off benefits encompass vacation days, paid holidays, bereavement and funeral leave, and a unique Leave Share Program that supports associates in times of need. The company also offers discounts for theme parks and gym memberships, ongoing career and leadership development programs, scholarships, and lucrative associate referral bonuses. This well-rounded approach to employee rewards and support underscores Panda Express' dedication to fostering a positive and growth-oriented workplace environment.
