The company values leadership development, continuous education assistance, and scholarships. The role offers a competitive hourly pay range of $29 to $32 per hour, dependent on location and experience, along with bonus opportunities. Working at Panda Express also means becoming part of a supportive community that offers benefits such as free meals during work shifts, medical and dental insurance, a 401K retirement plan with company match, paid time off, and discounts on various lifestyle products and services. Moreover, there are opportunities for advancement within the company, ensuring that motivated individuals have a clear path to career growth. The position requires flexibility in working hours and location, a commitment to food safety certification, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
