Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles preferred
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic financial knowledge for cost control and budgeting
