As an Applebee's® Assistant Manager within Flynn Group, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This position requires someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and creating a positive, energetic work environment for the team. You'll be expected to lead by example, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, and effectively manage stress while maintaining a positive attitude. The role demands hands-on engagement, from overseeing customer service and staff management to ensuring operational efficiency according to set company standards.

You will oversee staff scheduling, maintain inventory levels, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and conduct regular training and development sessions for team members. Compensation for this role ranges from $20.98 to $27.27 per hour, translating to approximately $60,000 to $78,000 annually based on a 50-hour workweek, with potential eligibility for monthly bonuses depending on location.
