Job Requirements

- flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
- availability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Serve Safe certification
- ability to stand for up to four hours
- capability to lift up to 50 lbs
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to manage conflicts and work in a fast-paced environment

- previous leadership or management experience preferred

Job Duties
- assist with store operations including hiring and managing associates
- direct team to achieve financial and service goals
- ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
- participate in and complete store leadership training
- manage scheduling and labor costs
- uphold food safety and quality standards
- resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations
