Job Requirements

  • high school diploma
  • flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
  • availability to work flexible schedules including weekends
  • Serve Safe certification
  • ability to stand for up to four hours
  • capability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to manage conflicts and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous leadership or management experience preferred
  • certified in Serve Safe food safety
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • capacity to adapt to a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • assist with store operations including hiring and managing associates
  • direct team to achieve financial and service goals
  • ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences
  • participate in and complete store leadership training
  • manage scheduling and labor costs
  • uphold food safety and quality standards
  • resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations
