Key responsibilities include managing the efficient and safe delivery of food and beverage orders across various channels, including in-restaurant dining, takeout, online orders, curbside pickup, and delivery services. You will be responsible for ensuring dining and food preparation areas comply with all health and safety regulations, addressing any unsafe practices promptly to provide a safe dining environment for guests and staff alike.
Additionally, you will handle daily operational paperwork, ensure strict adherence to cash control policies, and work strategically to optimize labor costs through effective scheduling aligned with business trends. People management is a critical aspect of your role, including recruiting and training new team members, motivating and evaluating staff, fostering positive working relationships, and minimizing turnover by addressing team concerns promptly and respectfully.

Job Requirements

- prior experience in restaurant operations or management preferred
