Job Description

One of their premier brands, Taco Bell, was acquired as part of Flynn Group's strategic expansion in 2013 when they took over 76 Taco Bell restaurants. Since then, Flynn Group has grown to become the 3rd largest Taco Bell franchisee in the world, highlighting aggressive yet sustainable growth fueled by a strong commitment to operational excellence and employee engagement.
Flynn Group is more than just a restaurant operator; they embody a culture grounded in core values: Care Genuinely for People, Play like a Champion, and Win as One. These principles foster a collaborative and inclusive environment where every team member’s contributions are valued and encouraged. Flynn Group's culture promotes diversity and inclusion, ensuring their workforce benefits from equitable opportunities and supports individual growth. Employees at Flynn Group enjoy working in a supportive atmosphere where their ideas fuel continuous innovation and success across their multiple brands.
The role of Assistant Manager at Taco Bell under Flynn Group is pivotal to maintaining the brand's high standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Assistant Managers are not only leaders but also embody the spirit of "Live Mas," inspiring teams to serve with enthusiasm and provide service that exceeds customer expectations. This employment opportunity is full-time and offers a competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package. The position demands a passionate leader who is adept at managing daily restaurant operations, motivating team members, and upholding organizational standards.
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of Taco Bell restaurants, ensuring that every aspect from customer service to team performance is well-coordinated and optimized. You will lead by example, foster a positive and dynamic work environment, and support your team’s development through coaching and feedback. Your leadership will directly impact customer satisfaction levels and contribute to the restaurant's overall success.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about food service excellence, and seek professional growth within a reputable, global franchise operator. Flynn Group promises not just a job but a career filled with ongoing learning opportunities, advancement prospects, and the chance to be part of a winning team. If you possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences, then this opportunity aligns perfectly with your career aspirations.
