The opportunity at Panda Express is for the position of Assistant Manager, a pivotal role within the store management team. This role involves overseeing the daily operation of a single Panda Express location, making key decisions focused on hiring, managing, and directing team members to meet financial goals and ensuring outstanding guest experiences. The Assistant Manager is essentially responsible for the overall success of their store, working hands-on to support and lead their teams effectively. To equip candidates for success in this role, Panda Express provides a comprehensive paid Store Management Leadership Training program lasting three or more weeks. This training ensures new Assistant Managers receive the necessary mentorship and skills to thrive in their position.

Panda Express rewards its team members with a competitive hourly wage ranging between $29 and $32, depending on experience and location.
