The Assistant Manager position at Flynn Arby's offers a unique chance to join this dynamic and world-class food and hospitality company. The Assistant Manager will play a crucial part in training and mentoring team members to deliver exceptional service, managing inventory while ensuring strict adherence to food safety and quality standards, and assisting with scheduling and labor cost controls. Additionally, the role involves leading the team to meet sales targets, handling customer inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment, and driving operational improvements through collaboration with the management team.
