This role is for an Assistant Manager within one of Panda Express's store locations. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the store, ensuring that the team works efficiently to meet financial goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences. To prepare you for success, Panda Express provides a structured leadership training program lasting three or more weeks, coupled with hands-on paid training. This program is designed to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge to manage store operations effectively and lead your team with confidence. The position offers a flexible work schedule, including the requirement to work weekends and be available to work at a store location within a 50-mile radius. The pay range for this role is $26.5 to $29.5 per hour, determined by factors such as location and experience.
