The company is currently seeking experienced leaders to join its store management team as Assistant Managers. The position entails assisting in the operation of a single store by managing and directing associates, achieving financial goals, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. To prepare candidates for success, Panda Express offers a comprehensive paid Store Management Leadership Training program lasting three or more weeks, along with ongoing mentorship and support from the Panda community.
