The role of an Applebee's Assistant Manager is pivotal in maintaining the high standards and operational success of the restaurant. This role offers competitive compensation ranging from $20.24 to $27 per hour, translating to approximately $57,886 to $77,220 annually based on a 50-hour workweek, with potential monthly bonuses depending on location. Job Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years restaurant management experience
  • serve safe food and serve safe alcohol certifications also a plus
  • able to work various shifts including weekends
  • ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to ten hours
  • safely lift up to 50 pounds
  • read and write to facilitate communication
  • possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment

Job Duties
