Arby's is currently seeking an Assistant Manager who will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day restaurant operations. As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee restaurant shifts, ensuring that every aspect runs smoothly and efficiently. This position involves hands-on leadership, coaching, and training team members to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales and profit targets. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for local store marketing initiatives, helping the restaurant achieve its financial and operational goals while fostering a positive work environment. This role is ideal for individuals with at least six months of restaurant or retail management experience who are passionate about delivering quality service and growing their careers within a thriving brand.

The position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $14.50 to $21.75, with actual pay based on factors such as experience, education, training, and location. Pay rates may also adjust according to state or local minimum wage laws. Additionally, the role includes eligibility for overtime pay according to applicable laws and Inspire Brands policy.
