Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Understanding of food safety and responsible alcohol service regulations
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to handle confidential information securely

Job Qualifications

Experience in full-service restaurant operations
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to coach and lead teams effectively
Intermediate mathematical computation skills

Job Duties

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
Manage and develop hourly staff including hiring and training
Execute payroll, HR, marketing, and financial processes
Drive sales, control costs, and manage vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service, food safety, sanitation, and facility maintenance standards
Schedule staffing, manage cash handling, and foster team building
Conduct local store marketing and manage to-go service and catering
