Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Manage and develop hourly staff including hiring and training
- Execute payroll, HR, marketing, and financial processes
- Drive sales, control costs, and manage vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service, food safety, sanitation, and facility maintenance standards
- Schedule staffing, manage cash handling, and foster team building
- Conduct local store marketing and manage to-go service and catering
