Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- high school diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of experience in high-volume, full-service restaurant management
- current food handler certification or ability to obtain one
- strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- passion for hospitality, quality, and creating memorable guest experiences
- reliable, positive, punctual, and ready to grow with a dynamic team

Job Duties
- assist in the execution of daily restaurant operations
- lead by example in providing exceptional guest service
- support team training, coaching, and performance development
- oversee restaurant cleanliness and organization
- ensure all food and beverage meet The Sicilian Butcher's standards
- monitor speed of service and drive transaction efficiency
- assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and weekly reporting
- maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- uphold all company policies and the spirit of Italian hospitality
