Job Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, pull and reach
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and team coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage profit and loss statements
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it
- Capability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple tasks
- Skilled in operational and financial goal setting and achievement
Job Duties
- Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
- Hire, train & coach the team
- Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day
- Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory
- Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
- Work with the General Manager to achieve high performance in operations, profit and loss, guest satisfaction, customer service, speed of service, quality control and workplace safety
- Follow all government regulations, employment law, food safety and operations policies and implement all accounting controls
