Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Minimum one year of leadership experience in fast-food or retail/hospitality
- Proficient English communication skills
- Proficient math skills
- Completion or willingness to complete required internal certifications including Guest Service Expert, Basic Management Training and Serve Safe Essentials
- Completion or willingness to complete Anti-Harassment and HR Legal Compliance Training within 60 days of employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with some college preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills with minimum of one year of excellent performance in fast-food or retail/hospitality industry
- English proficiency with clear speech and reading/verbal comprehension
- Proficient math skills
- Completion or willingness to complete internal certifications such as Guest Service Expert, Basic Management Training, Serve Safe Essentials, Anti-Harassment and HR Legal Compliance Training
Job Duties
- Leads operations excellence by directing efficient and accurate food preparation and sale for prompt customer delivery within speed of service guidelines
- Leads shifts using the company mission statement and values to motivate and direct crew members and shift supervisors to exceed customer expectations
- Builds crew talent by supervising, training and coaching crew members and shift supervisors, assisting with recruitment and retention
- Assists with profit and loss management by following cash control procedures, scheduling crew according to traffic patterns, maintaining inventory and applying financial reports
- Ensures restaurant compliance with safety, sanitation, security policies and legal regulations, supervising crew to maintain cleanliness and taking initiative to address policy violations
