Job Qualifications
- successfully completed Hooters MIT Training or Hooters University
- strong organizational and operational skills in a customer-service environment

- strong planning and leadership abilities
Job Duties
- manage various areas of operation including hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation, atmosphere, inventory, kitchen safety, sanitation, and food preparation
- assist General Manager to ensure efficient operations according to company policy and standards
- ensure vendors and suppliers are properly compensated and meet business needs
- assist in selecting Front of House employees
- support training and development of restaurant employees
- manage performance of hourly and Front of House employees
- assist in general business administration including payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting
- promote the business, build sales, increase profits, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand integrity
