Job Duties

  • manage various areas of operation including hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation, atmosphere, inventory, kitchen safety, sanitation, and food preparation
  • assist General Manager to ensure efficient operations according to company policy and standards
  • ensure vendors and suppliers are properly compensated and meet business needs
  • assist in selecting Front of House employees
  • support training and development of restaurant employees
  • manage performance of hourly and Front of House employees
  • assist in general business administration including payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting
  • promote the business, build sales, increase profits, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand integrity
