Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • Experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environments desirable
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • Interest in advancing to General Manager role
  • Flexible schedule and positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Assist General Manager in meeting restaurant standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
  • Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with team members
  • Oversee Guest Service Department to ensure excellent customer experience and effective sales promotions
  • Train service staff on procedures and maintain organized Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas
  • Report results to team and other managers
