Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • minimum 18 years of age
  • ability to lead and manage teams effectively
  • knowledge of training, food safety, and inventory management systems preferred
  • excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferred
  • experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
  • manage assigned systems including training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set goals, delegate tasks to team members, and follow up on completion
  • report results to general manager and restaurant management team
  • oversee guest service department to deliver great customer experience and execute sales promotions
  • manage kitchen department ensuring food quality, safety, and cost control
  • recruit, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
