Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
minimum 18 years of age
ability to lead and manage teams effectively
knowledge of training, food safety, and inventory management systems preferred
excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

previous managerial experience preferred
experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred
strong leadership and team management skills
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
flexible scheduling availability
must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
manage assigned systems including training, food safety, and inventory management
set goals, delegate tasks to team members, and follow up on completion
report results to general manager and restaurant management team
oversee guest service department to deliver great customer experience and execute sales promotions
manage kitchen department ensuring food quality, safety, and cost control
recruit, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
