Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum 18 years of age
- ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- knowledge of training, food safety, and inventory management systems preferred
- excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong customer service orientation

- previous managerial experience preferred
- experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred

Job Duties
- lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- manage assigned systems including training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals, delegate tasks to team members, and follow up on completion
- report results to general manager and restaurant management team
- oversee guest service department to deliver great customer experience and execute sales promotions
- manage kitchen department ensuring food quality, safety, and cost control
- recruit, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
