Job Duties
- Drive sales to ensure store success
- Build brand loyalty by delivering an omni-channel Oasis experience
- Support Store Manager in recruiting and onboarding talent
- Organize and plan daily store operations in detail
- Lead and coach a team of stylists through recognition and feedback
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising according to guidelines
- Promote and live Windsor’s values and culture
