Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Proof of valid driver’s license
  • Able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs and stand for 8 plus hours
  • 2 or more years of management experience preferably in a restaurant managing teams of 15 or more
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays and sometimes beyond 40 hours per week
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills
  • bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience preferably in the restaurant industry
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of 15 or more employees
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse teams
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor restaurant staff to ensure high performance and professional growth
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including food preparation and customer service
  • Maintain food quality and safety standards in compliance with company policies
  • Manage scheduling and labor costs effectively to optimize restaurant productivity
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences by resolving customer issues and ensuring service excellence
  • Assist in training new employees on company procedures and culinary techniques
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock
