Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years experience in restaurant bar management
- knowledge of full service bar operations
- ability to lead and motivate teams
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- full service bar experience
- proven track record of achieving results and building a winning team
- general knowledge of operational procedures and shift positions
- experience managing and training hourly team members
