Job Requirements
- High School diploma
- at least 1 year of retail management experience
- proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
- quick thinker with the ability to resolve issues promptly
- effective communicator in group and one-on-one settings
- open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
