Known for its dedication to people development and operational excellence, the establishment emphasizes strong leadership and teamwork to meet both short and long-term business goals.
The position available is for an Assistant Manager, a critical leadership role focused on supporting the overall management of restaurant operations. The Assistant Manager plays a foundational role in upholding the company’s guest service standards, safety and security protocols, auditing functions, and administrative duties. This role is essential in ensuring the restaurant team is effectively trained, motivated, and developed to deliver superior customer experiences consistently. The Assistant Manager is accountable for fostering a positive work environment that aligns with company values and assists in recruiting and retaining top talent, including shift managers and hourly staff.
In addition to people management, the Assistant Manager is responsible for achieving financial objectives by effectively managing labor, food costs, and inventory through established tracking systems and company procedures. This role requires a hands-on approach to daily operational tasks such as implementing opening and closing procedures, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, ensuring compliance with health inspections, and overseeing preventive maintenance programs. The Assistant Manager also plays a key role in employee relations, conducting performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, and managing disciplinary actions in collaboration with district management and human resources to reduce legal risks.
Customer satisfaction is paramount, and the Assistant Manager leads the team by example to ensure 100-percent guest satisfaction through active complaint resolution and empowerment of staff to deliver excellent service. They are also involved in the execution of marketing programs and strategically aligning staffing schedules to meet business demands and traffic trends.
The role demands a proactive, organized, and collaborative leader with strong communication skills and the ability to analyze operational reports and financial data accurately. A valid food safety certification and prior restaurant management experience, preferably in a quick-service restaurant (QSR), are required to thrive in this position. The Assistant Manager must demonstrate personal effectiveness, initiative, and flexibility in managing diverse responsibilities while maintaining compliance with all company and governmental standards.
This full-time position offers a dynamic environment for candidates who are passionate about hospitality, team leadership, and operational excellence. The Assistant Manager will work closely with restaurant teams, management, and external vendors to uphold the restaurant's reputation and drive business growth, ensuring a positive impact on both the company and its valued customers.
