Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail or managerial experience preferred
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Availability to work part-time hours
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of point of sale systems
  • Ability to handle customer service issues efficiently
  • Pass approved background check

Job Duties

  • Ensure safety and welfare of employees and customers
  • Create and maintain excellent customer shopping experience
  • Provide service training and leadership to staff
  • Manage customer issues promptly and effectively
  • Handle all POS transactions according to policy
  • Oversee inventory control including shipping, receiving, and price management
  • Maintain sales floor merchandising and visual presentation according to company standards
  • Manage payroll controls including scheduling and attendance
  • Train and develop direct reports while reinforcing operational standards
  • Implement loss prevention policies to protect company assets
