Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or managerial experience preferred
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Availability to work part-time hours
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Knowledge of point of sale systems
- Ability to handle customer service issues efficiently

Job Duties
- Ensure safety and welfare of employees and customers
- Create and maintain excellent customer shopping experience
- Provide service training and leadership to staff
- Manage customer issues promptly and effectively
- Handle all POS transactions according to policy
- Oversee inventory control including shipping, receiving, and price management
- Maintain sales floor merchandising and visual presentation according to company standards
- Manage payroll controls including scheduling and attendance
- Train and develop direct reports while reinforcing operational standards
- Implement loss prevention policies to protect company assets
