Job Requirements

- Previous retail or managerial experience preferred
- Must pass background check

Job Duties
- Ensure the safety and welfare of employees and customers
- Create and maintain excellent customer shopping experiences
- Provide service training and leadership to staff
- Manage all POS terminal transactions according to policy
- Handle shipping, receiving, price changes, markdowns, and physical inventory
- Maintain sales floor merchandising and visual presentation standards
- Control payroll including scheduling and budget compliance
- Train and develop direct reports utilizing available training tools
- Enforce loss prevention policies to protect company assets
- Assume full responsibility for store operations in manager's absence
