Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail or managerial experience preferred
  • Must pass background check
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage and lead a team
  • Proficient in inventory and payroll management
  • Knowledge of store policies and procedures
  • Basic math proficiency

Job Duties

  • Ensure the safety and welfare of employees and customers
  • Create and maintain excellent customer shopping experiences
  • Provide service training and leadership to staff
  • Manage all POS terminal transactions according to policy
  • Handle shipping, receiving, price changes, markdowns, and physical inventory
  • Maintain sales floor merchandising and visual presentation standards
  • Control payroll including scheduling and budget compliance
  • Train and develop direct reports utilizing available training tools
  • Enforce loss prevention policies to protect company assets
  • Assume full responsibility for store operations in manager's absence
