Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one year restaurant management experience
- food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- reliable transportation
- maintain a valid driver's license and insurance
- acceptable driving record for positions requiring significant business driving

Job Duties
- assist in recruitment of successful shift manager and hourly candidates
- implement and utilize employee orientation program
- facilitate development and training plans for the restaurant team
- build and maintain a positive and motivating work environment
- assist in conducting performance reviews and provide timely feedback
- use constructive disciplinary procedures and document employee performance
- ensure communication channels and problem resolution are available on all shifts
- ensure restaurant meets company guest standards and lead by example to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
- utilize BLAST to resolve guest complaints and empower team members
- track and manage financial controllables including labor, food, supplies, audits and cash management
- maintain and protect company assets
- ensure compliance with all training and operational standards
- follow opening, closing, safety and security procedures
- maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance programs
- ensure adherence to municipal, state and federal codes
- utilize food safety checklist and ensure food safety procedures are followed
- communicate operational variances and employee issues to management
- monitor deletions and over rings for compliance
- complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
- comply with and ensure execution of all company policies
- implement and execute all marketing programs
- recognize business generators and plan shifts accordingly
