Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of restaurant management experience
- Food safety certification according to state or local requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license and insurance for positions requiring driving
- Acceptable driving record for positions with significant business driving
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of company policies and compliance standards

- Assist in recruitment of successful shift manager and hourly candidates
- Implement and utilize company-defined employee orientation program
- Facilitate development and training plans for restaurant team

- Ensure communication channels and problem resolution on all shifts
- Lead restaurant team to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
- Deliver company standards in VOCs initiatives
- Utilize BLAST for guest complaint resolution and empower team
- Track and manage financial controllables including labor, food, supplies, audits, and cash management
- Maintain and protect company assets
- Ensure compliance with training, safety, and security procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and preventive maintenance programs
- Ensure compliance with health inspections and sanitation procedures
- Utilize Food Safety Checklist as per QA standards
- Communicate operational variances and employee issues to management
- Monitor deletions and over rings for adherence to standards
- Complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
- Ensure execution of company policies
