Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years driving history for delivery roles
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
- Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to follow all company policies and procedures strictly
- Pass background check
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to operate all kitchen equipment
- Experience with inventory control and cost management preferred
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to make accurate mathematical calculations
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record for delivery drivers
- Ability to use computers and point of sale systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Manage all cost controls during shift
- Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels
- Maintain cash control and ensure accurate cash handling
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer relations
- Follow all company policies and procedures rigorously
- Participate in staffing and scheduling
- Maintain store cleanliness and optimal food safety standards
- Handle marketing initiatives and contribute to profitability
- Prepare product and operate kitchen equipment
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Take inventory and complete paperwork
- Clean equipment and maintain facility cleanliness
- Deliver products and flyers safely
- Navigate delivery routes and complete deliveries efficiently
