Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years driving history for delivery roles
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to follow all company policies and procedures strictly
  • Pass background check

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to operate all kitchen equipment
  • Experience with inventory control and cost management preferred
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to make accurate mathematical calculations
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record for delivery drivers
  • Ability to use computers and point of sale systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Manage all cost controls during shift
  • Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels
  • Maintain cash control and ensure accurate cash handling
  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer relations
  • Follow all company policies and procedures rigorously
  • Participate in staffing and scheduling
  • Maintain store cleanliness and optimal food safety standards
  • Handle marketing initiatives and contribute to profitability
  • Prepare product and operate kitchen equipment
  • Receive and process telephone orders
  • Take inventory and complete paperwork
  • Clean equipment and maintain facility cleanliness
  • Deliver products and flyers safely
  • Navigate delivery routes and complete deliveries efficiently
