Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of restaurant management experience
- food safety certification
- reliable transportation
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- ability to handle constructive criticism maturely
- strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- ability to manage multiple tasks
- team player with optimistic leadership approach
- effective management and motivational skills
- analytical ability to read reports and count inventory
Job Qualifications

- one year restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR
- advanced studies in business or restaurant management helpful

Job Duties
- assist in recruitment of shift managers and hourly staff
- implement employee orientation program
- facilitate training and development plans
- build positive work environment
- conduct performance reviews
- provide feedback and recognition
- handle disciplinary procedures
- ensure compliance with guest service standards
- resolve guest complaints using BLAST
- manage financial controllables including labor, food, supplies, audits, and cash
- maintain operational updates and restaurant manuals
- follow opening, closing, safety, and security procedures
- ensure cleanliness and preventive maintenance
- comply with health and food safety regulations
- complete employee and restaurant paperwork timely
- execute company policies
- implement marketing programs
- plan shifts based on traffic patterns
