The position available is a salaried, non-exempt managerial role with a starting pay between $54,000 and $57,000 annually, including eligibility for overtime and participation in performance-based bonus rewards. The role operates within real-world business hours, from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, at locations excluding drive-thrus, giving a balanced work-life schedule. Managers in this position will be leading teams, controlling costs, and ensuring the highest food and service standards are met to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
