The position available is a salaried, non-exempt managerial role with a starting pay between $54,000 and $57,000 annually, including eligibility for overtime and participation in performance-based bonus rewards. The role operates within real-world business hours, from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, at locations excluding drive-thrus, giving a balanced work-life schedule. Managers in this position will be leading teams, controlling costs, and ensuring the highest food and service standards are met to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role also involves motivating staff, maintaining a fun and honest work environment, and upholding Five Guys' core convictions: Remain Humble, Exceed Expectations, Always Do The Right Thing, and Lead By Example.
This managerial role offers comprehensive and customizable benefits including medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, and 401(k) with matching contributions. Job Requirements
