Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift up to 50 pounds, carry items, push and pull objects
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle for delivery
  • Ability to navigate delivery routes and read maps
  • Strong eye-hand coordination and motor skills
  • Ability to perform physical activities including stooping, bending, crouching, and reaching
  • Compliance with company policies and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or assistant management role preferred

Job Duties

  • Manage all store operations during shifts including cost controls, inventory control, cash handling, and customer relations
  • Set an example by following all policies and procedures 100 percent of the time and ensuring the same from crew
  • Handle staffing, scheduling, and paperwork
  • Oversee food management and maintain store cleanliness
  • Ensure great customer service, adherence to standards, attendance, and punctuality
  • Contribute to marketing efforts and drive store profitability
  • Deliver pizzas and flyers when required
