The role in question is a salaried, non-exempt General Manager position at Five Guys with a starting annual salary of $50,000 to $55,000 plus possible overtime and eligibility for performance-based bonuses. The General Manager is core to the success of each Five Guys location, responsible for leading teams, managing daily operations within set hours (most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm), and upholding the company’s foundational principles. This position does not involve managing a drive-thru and emphasizes real work-life integration.
