The opportunity at hand is for the role of Assistant Building Maintenance Manager. This role serves as a vital component in maintaining the high standards Bozzuto upholds in its residential communities. The ideal candidate will be a passionate, hands-on professional who is not only adept at technical trades but also skilled in motivating and leading others. As Assistant Building Maintenance Manager, you will be the guardian of the property, ensuring the preservation of its value through meticulous maintenance and timely interventions. Responsibilities include managing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, overseeing make-ready and apartment turnover processes, and executing preventative maintenance programs. Beyond technical skill, this position demands a commitment to resident satisfaction through timely completion of service requests and maintaining overall community safety and cleanliness. A safety-first attitude is paramount as you will also ensure adherence to applicable building and safety codes while striving to maintain an accident-free environment.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $87,000 USD and eligibility for additional bonus opportunities. The Assistant Building Maintenance Manager will occasionally be required to work weekends and participate in an on-call emergency rotation, emphasizing the importance of reliability and responsiveness.
