The role of Assistant Kitchen Manager (AKM) at The Attic Bar & Grill East is a key leadership position integral to the smooth operation of the kitchen. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • strong organizational skills
  • basic math and computer skills
  • food handler certification preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods

  • Experience in kitchen management or related food service roles
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
