Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in kitchen management
  • Experience in casual dining or fast-paced restaurant settings
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Familiarity with POS and labor management systems preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-service kitchen management leadership experience
  • Experience in casual dining, fast-paced restaurant, or hospitality environments
  • Strong understanding of food safety, kitchen operations, and inventory management
  • Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills
  • Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience with restaurant POS systems and labor management tools preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence

Job Duties

  • Oversee all daily back-of-house operations including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and recipe adherence at all times
  • Lead, coach, train, and develop kitchen team members
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the kitchen
  • Manage inventory, product ordering, and waste control to support profitability goals
  • Create and maintain efficient kitchen workflows during high-volume service periods
  • Monitor labor and scheduling to support operational needs and business demands
  • Partner with front-of-house leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health regulations
  • Support opening, closing, and overall operational readiness of the restaurant
