The role of Assistant Kitchen Manager at Ford's Garage’s new Edison, NJ location is a pivotal leadership position within the culinary team. Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in kitchen management
  • Experience in casual dining or fast-paced restaurant settings
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Familiarity with POS and labor management systems preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
