The Assistant Kitchen Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting kitchen operations to ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation are maintained. This role acts as a key liaison between the kitchen staff and the hospitality team to ensure seamless customer service and efficient kitchen workflow. Responsibilities include supporting quality control, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, helping onboard and train kitchen staff, managing inventory, conducting audits, and overseeing budget adherence. Additionally, the Assistant Kitchen Manager assists in meeting financial and operational targets by ensuring compliance with recipes, portion sizes, and company standards. Job Requirements
