Job Requirements

- experience with POS systems and cash handling

- physical stamina to reach, bend, push, and pull items throughout the shift
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds frequently

Job Duties
- support the executive chef in daily kitchen operations and management tasks
- oversee and lead back-of-house team members, ensuring a seamless food production process
- provide training, coaching, and mentorship to kitchen staff, while offering feedback for their growth
- manage the ordering and receiving of produce, seafood, and other food supplies
- conduct regular inventory checks and manage inventory levels effectively
- create staff schedules to maintain efficient kitchen operations
- participate in the hiring process to build a strong culinary team
- engage in butchering and portion control tasks during shifts
- foster a positive work environment that emphasizes high-quality food preparation and a clean, organized workspace
